Guest appearances. By appearing on the podcast, you give Livn Out Loud Lifestyle permission to record, edit, publish, and promote your appearance, including your name, voice, and likeness, in any media, permanently and without payment unless agreed in writing. We may edit or choose not to publish any recording. Please give at least [24] hours' notice to reschedule or cancel.

Purchases. Prices are in U.S. dollars. Digital products are non-refundable. Memberships renew automatically until cancelled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Submissions. If you send us questions, comments, or other content, you give us permission to use and publish it, including on the podcast, without payment.

Our content. Episodes, artwork, logos, text, and designs belong to Livn Out Loud Lifestyle. You may share links and quote brief excerpts with credit. Don't re-upload, resell, or copy our content without written permission.

Sponsors and affiliates. We may include sponsored content and affiliate links, and may earn a commission from purchases made through them.

No warranties; limited liability. Everything is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, Livn Out Loud Lifestyle isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the past twelve months.

Governing law. These terms are governed by North Carolina law, and disputes will be handled in North Carolina courts.
